A very good wheat beer. Lots of citrus and light fruits. Very smooth body and very refreshing. One of the best I’ve had from Bier Brewery.

Sampled on draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy peach color with a large creamy white head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma tart wheat, citrus and spices. The taste is big citrus notes, nuts and wheat. Medium bodied.

Draft sample at brewpub. Poured clear yellow color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate yeast and sweet citrus aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.
