Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, molasses, toasted, sweet malt, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, cardboard notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101016]

Pours light hazy golden with a small, frothy, white head. Ends up as a thin film. Aroma has sweet malts, doughy, some hay. Fairly sweet. Medium carbonation, small bubbles. Fairly light mouthfeel. Flavour is mildly sweet, doughy malts, light Corn Flakes, citric, soft hay-like bitterness. Not terribly good.

Bottle at DSG 2011. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hay, hop. Flavour is fruit, malt, hay, hop. Ordinary beer.

Bottle. A small, white head sits on top of a clear, golden body. It’s a bit weak on the nose, but with a pleasant hoppyness. Apples, pale malts and lightly peppery notes. The flavor has a foundation of pale malts, with a nice fruityness and hoppyness. Dry and medium bodied, finishing rather bitter. A quite nice one, maybe deserving a higher rating. 110819

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt and hops.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Pours clear golden with a creamy white head. Hay and grain. Medium bodied. A bit of paper. Short end. Nothing too serious.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear golden with medium white head. Flavour is malt, sweet, hops, little bitter, little fruit and grainy.

Mild und süffig beginnt das Bier, und im Prinzip bleibt es auch so. Die leichte Getreidenote gefällt, aber der malzig-metallerne Mittelteil und Nachgeschmack machen auch die letzten Hoffnungen auf ein gutes Bier zunichte. Wässriger, etwas herber Nachgeschmack.
