Aroma of roasted malts, lots of dark chocolate, coffee, dark fruit notes, hint of liquorice. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a lovely bitterness in the aftertaste. Tasty and quite easily drinkable.

At a tasting, thabks Stas, smallish beige head, aroma of dark bread, toasted notes and sunflower seeds, flavor of light roasted coffee, dark bread and a hint of soy and dirt with some chocolate in the back, medium bodied. Very nice and enjoyable

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks Stas & Vova. Black with a bit of light brown foam that disappears quickly. Roasty aroma with dark chocolate, cocoa, a bit of coffee and light dark fruits hints. Roasty flavor, quite dry, with light sweetness, dark chocolate, coffee, a bit of dark fruits and a bitterish finish. Medium to full-bodied with a rounded mouthfeel. Very nice.

Bottle, 116czk. Pours in black, oily body with frosty low almost none tan ring head. Aroma has roasty character, caramel tones, dark chocolate. Taste has higher roasty bitterness, medium caramel sweetness, long lasting bitterness, mostly earthy. Well balanced, more into the bitter side. Body is full, oily, no carbonation. Warming alcohol.

Pitch black with a weak head. Smell is dominated by liquorice with some coffee and chocolate. Subtle herbs and resin in the background, along with roasted nuts. Taste is bitter watery. Enhances the coffee. The finish is a heavy resin bitterness with some ash, metal. A little too harsh for my taste but something to appreciate nonetheless.

Barwa: czarna, nie przejrzysta nawet pod światło. Piana beżowa, średniej wielkości, dość szybko opadająca. Aromat: raczej skromny. Wyraźnie alkoholowy (momentami wręcz nieco winny), z nutą czekoladową, kawową oraz paloną. Nic specjalnego. Smak: zdecydowanie pełny i dość słodki, choć od razu równoważone jest to akcentami palonymi i goryczką. Do tego czekolada (raczej mleczna) i kawa. Nieco alkoholowa, choć przyjemna końcówka i znowu paloność.

Bottle shared at Chriso’s post GBBF minidig, 16/08/14. Dark mahogany brown with moderate beige spotting and edgework. Nose is roasty malt, spice, light cocoa, dark toffee, dark fruit rinds. Taste comprises earthy roastings, cocoa powder, spice, light booze. Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi drying close with lightly warming booze. Ok impy, pretty simple stuff but drinkable.
