This lager is made from malted barley, hops and yeast with quinoa from Bolivia. The sugar added for fermentation in the bottle is also fair trade: it is sugar cane from Paraguay.
Quinoa, sugar cane and specific yeasts provide a wide aromatic bouquet unfolds in a round beer and soft palate.
This beer is brewed in Belgium by a family brewery history (founded in 1902), a guarantee of expertise and quality.

Bottle from E.Leclerc supermarket, Montmorillon, France. A dark amber cloudy beer with earthy, sugary and slight sour fruity flavours followed by a slight tart and dry fruity finish.

Bottle 33cl in Galeries Gourmandes. A yellow beer with low head. This top fermented beer has a dry body with huge yeast aroma with wheat notes. Some fruit flavor are present such as apricot, cereal note are there too, this beer is not too far from a Belgian Triple.
