Found at an Auchan in a 660ml plastic bottle, specifically brewed by Martens in Belgium. Pours orange with lots of carbonation, some head, but very thin. Aroma of muddy grains and some coriander vaguely hinting in there, also something egg-like too. Taste is a mix between a too-weak syrup, perfumy hops, slight spice at the end. I’ve never sampled an "abbey" beer quite like this one, and that’s not said in a good way.

Copper body, white head. Aroma of sweet malt, metallic alcohol, almond and sugar. Totally crap with a belgian twist.

660ml plastic bottle from Abbeville Carrefour. Hot fermentation resulting in typical bubblegum, vanilla and toffee flavours. Smooth and sweet with few hops. Slight plastic notes from high abv. Drinkable enough but I can brew to this quality from a tin of LME.

Bottle from a Carrefour near Montmartre. Small white head that went away fast. bronze colour, sweet nose with chewed up bubblegum. Light bubblegum and sweet dusty-herbal notes in the taste. Fruity, not much to it but drinkable and better than it has any right to be if you ignore what it really is - a cheap knockoff of abbey beers.

Bottle 66cl. A clear amber beer with almost no head. Smell is on old apple like a cider. Aroma is caramel like, low malty and dry with again a fermented apple aroma, citric yeast too. On the bottle it’s written with bitter orange peel which is not so easy to detect.
