UPDATED: OCT 23, 2003 Although I treat my beer more gentle than my wife - at least that's what she blames me all the time - there was a spontaneous ejeculation by opening this beer. By the beer I mean. It came out like champagne from a bottle newly owned by a F1 winner. About half the bottle ended on the table and floor. But just after I cleaned, the real agony started. The beer was great! Why oh why did this happen??? A nice fruity apple and plum aroma. Red colour. Muddy because the yeast came loose. Huge (strange?) rocky off-white head. Very good lacing. Sweet and fruity, medium to full body, bit oily. And finally a hoppy sweet and bitter finish. I bought it at the brewery so I'll probably never have it again...
