Small yellowish head over hazed amber-brown beer. End of bottle solid yeast. Bit of sulphur, brown bread - but "ripe" - brown banana, point of lactic. Cacao powder; sweet but little point of bitterness, as well as some acidity, making it well-balanced. Retronasal sulphur returns. Not too well-bodied, despite all the yeast; acid-induced dryness. Again a rather dubious beer. I wonder what the idea was. Thanks all the same, Stef!
