(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy amber with a handsome, dense, white head. Aroma of yeast and fruit. Medium body with sweetish, malty accents. Some fruit and yeast in the flavour also. Slightly spicy notes - perhaps a touch of coriander. Surprisingly hoppy finish. High drinkability. 150906

Bottle bought @ La Cervoiserie, 7% abv on label as ’Blonde Speciale’ pours light orange, white head. aroma, yeasty, mild citrus hops with a touch of malts. flavors, citrus hops, brown sugar, lightly grainy, as beer warms up a more citrus mouthfeel dominates the palate, a touch of roasted malts also noted, yeast to be noted as well. Average.

An old style ale from a small french micro brewery. Very bubbly, the beer pops out when the bottle is open. Rich aroma. Strong malt taste.
