alanC (36), San Francisco, California, USA Feb 18, 2004 Spicy aroma. Slightly cloudy and pale color. Nice big head and pretty high carbonation. Carbonation and rich malt backbone make for good mouthfeel. Slightly bitter aftertaste that seem sot be more from spice than from hops. Can't quite place the spice, but I like it.
