Thanks to Gene for sharing this one. Nose is not terribly offensive, but doesn’t have anything going for it. Flavor is lightly skunked and a bit grainy. Could drink this if it were super cold.

The beer appears light golden with a small white head. Aromas of grain, pale malts, macro beer, lager yeast. The flavor is of lager yeast, macro produced. Eh...it’s not awful but pretty ordinary and bland. Not my thing.

Bottle shared by Travlr. Pours clear pale gold with a medium, frothy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is skunky malt, light spicy hops and corn. Flavor is malt dominant with light hops and bitterness and a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

65cl bottle, thanks Travlr. Medium white head, clear straw body. Aroma is skunk, some skunk, light skunk, with a healthy dose of skunk. Taste is medium sweet, skunk, light bread. Light body, low carbonation.

651mL or something thanks to Travlr! Big sparking golden with decent white foam. Okay lace. Major skunky hops, holy cow. Stale wheat and corn. Taste is moldy wheat, paper, mint. Not so bad.

Known as Brakina in Burkina Faso.
Bouteille de 65 cl dans un maquis à Ouagadougou.
Bière dorée claire avec une épaisse mousse blanche.
Palais est très léger avec des notes de maïs ajoutant une légère douceur, malt est présent sans pour cela ajouter grand chose de nouveau au style.
Houblon laisse une fine amertume pour une bière qui demeure une lager typique.
