inbirraveritas (712) - Budapest, HUNGARY - AUG 17, 2011
Pours a hazy orange with a frothy (finger thick remaining) white head and fizzy little bubbles. The nose is sweet-spicy. Dry charactered brew with a low-keyed sweet, fruity aroma escorted by bread and herbals underpainted by alcohol, sugar and coriander. The fruity flavour’s balanced in the dry and warming finish by spices and citrus, which leaves a sweet-spicy aftertaste behind. Nice and enjoyable stuff, wherein the alcohol’s well hidden.

Bottle 33cl, a xloudy amber brown beer with good head. Nose is quite spicy and yeast like. Aroma is malty and sweet with dark candy notes, relatively complex with a nice fruit body, no bad but more a dubbel kind of.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with yeast sediments and a huge white head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty and slight metallic. Even from the looks the carbonation is quite heavy. Fruity yeasty, sweet malty, light toasted. Vague metallic touch. Subdued bitterness mixed with rather fruity flavours into the finish.

Balazs (562) - Budapest, HUNGARY - DEC 3, 2010
Bottle from Csakajosor.hu. Poured with a golder yellow color and a massive white, foamy, lacing head. Lots of yeast, coriander, honey, somewhat sourish aroma. Also fruity with green apples, white grapes, lime, and hints of cinnamon. Medium dense with high carbonation, not very easy on the palate. Strong, but the taste of alcohol is well hidden. Sweet finish. Pretty good!
