UPDATED: JAN 24, 2004 Draught; 2002-01-29, 6-5-8-4-14
Blond ale. Hop aroma, not the most refined however flowery. Good balance of malt taste and very good hop; dryish. Pleasant hop palate, lager style.

Bottle; 2004-01-23, 7-3-6-4-14
Hazy light blond color. Light citrus fruits aroma, flowers; interesting… Quite ordinary taste, with some maltiness and a light sourness. Delicate hoppy note.

Very pale, hazy blond coloured. Hubba bubba aroma. Fresh, sourish and wheaty flavour. Thanks Alex.

Ungstrup (23922) - Oamaru, NEW ZEALAND - FEB 8, 2004
A hazy yellow beer with an OK but disappearing head. The aroma is wheaty sour. And the flavor is a standard blonde flavor; wheaty sour. Maybe the not that high marks are due to the fact, that this was sampled bottled in Denmark, brought in by Alex (fiulijn) who had bottled it at the Brasserie. Thanks, Alex, for the hard work.

UPDATED: JUN 1, 2007 draught, may 2007, Fête de la Bière, Ouchy - hazy blond colour with a solid creamy white foam; nice lacing; hints of corn and butter in the nose; creamy mouthfeel and a low carbonation; a moderate late bitterness; short flowery finish - ok, except for the diacetyl

january 2004 - hazy blond colour, no foam, light aromatic hoppiness, sweet and medium-bodied, light finishing bitterness, dry aftertaste with some herbal notes (2/5/6/3/13)
