Brewed with cocoa and pink pepper.
Cloudy amber, beautiful creamy head, persistent. Delicate aroma, with some malt and cocoa. Smooth, a delicate background of cocoa (no vanilla, no artificial flavors!); caramel. Ordinary palate.
Original; successful experiment.

It's my 3^rd Chocolate beer, after <a href=http://www.ratebeer.com/ShowBeer.asp?BeerID=1 Double Chocolate Stout and <a href=http://www.ratebeer.com/ShowBeer.asp?BeerID=6 Chocolat, and the only one I would try again with pleasure.
