Bottle exploded. 2 inches left. Watery. Unremarkable example of a generally unremarkable style.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle 33cl kindly given by Dominique. A cloudy yellow beer with low head. Nose is on candied banana and vegetables. Aroma is on banana and over riped banad with lemon, unusual taste for such a wit beer. Sweet malt are there with a sweet phenolic notes. Finish is again on this overriped banana, interesting, touch of weizen bock, a bit too yeasty.

Crispy and fresh - good drink after hot summer day. Espectations were higher after Leman brun. It didn’t reach the same level

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled. I believe my bottle was test brewed at Proef but that the brewery is brewing for itself now. This is very much in the French style anyway. Hazy gold with an off-white pool of head. A spicy lemony wit with a pretty good body. Good coriander and lemon. More than reasonable.
