Commercial Description:
Light and refreshing, La Torra blonde is the first beer to be flavoured with Arbouse (scarlet berries from a bush that grows wild in the Corsican maquis). Its fruity taste and unique character give it a true Corsican personality which makes it all the more special. To bring out its summery scents, it is best served at 5 to 6°C.

Very long lasting head and an active amber body. Very fruity bubble gum aroma with a lightly dry but ultimately fruit flavour. Very alcopop like but good nonetheless.

Bottled. Bright golden. Completely dominated by apricot jam. Juicy and very sweet, somewhat syrupy mouthfel and resiny finish.

(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy, golden beer with a thick, creamy white and rather stable head. Some crude, floating impurities at the bottom. A somewhat indefinable aroma of berries. Flavour is clearly raspberry although I understand it’s really the berries from the Strawberry Tree (Arbutus). A slightly synthetic edge. Sweetish but yet with a dry finish. Rather unusual. 191005
