UPDATED: JAN 22, 2012 1L bottle, 4.95€. Amber red, clear, fine tanned to off-white short head, lasting, lots of lacing. Nose of roasted malts. Sweet roasted malts and caramel backed with a balanced coffey bitterness. Full bodied, moderate alcohol, average carbonation, nice one.

Pours clear orange amber with a big, staying, frothy, yellowish head. Aroma is sweet, malty, some red apple. Light carbonation, fine dry mouthfeel. Flavour has a slight note of metal, but it is not so bad. Sweet malty, some caramel, light red apple again. Pleasant dryness in the finish with both malts and light hops bitterness.

Clear medium amber color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light roasted, brown sugar - burnt caramel notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, brown sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100603]

Bottle 100 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Clear amber golden with an off-white head leaving laces. Sweet toffee aroma. Quite full-bodied, burned caramel and roasted malts with some fruit and a wee edge of butter. No bitterness as such. 030610

Bottled. A dark amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, with an edge of acidity, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Clear golden amber with a medium beige head. Sweet and yeasty aroma with ripe fruits and caramel notes. Sweet flavour with yeasty, fruity and caramel notes. Slightly malty as well. Finished sweet.

Aromi di caramello, cereali, con luppoli floreali, densi. Odori di grano. Birra ambrata, schiumosa e con un perlage fine, non molto persistente. Corpo medio, sensazione oliosa, con leggera carbonizzazione, astrinente. Una birra da dopo pasto.

Hazy amber color, medium head. It has some arom aof cereals, somehow sweet. With an average caramel flavor, light residual sweetness, reasonable body, correct bitterness and, again, traces of cereals, it’s a pleasant beer.
Apparently it’s brewed in Cuneo.
