COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Barley, hop, yeast, water, time and nothing more. A good beer is the result of selected ingredients and lot of passion. In Biere du Moulin you’ll can find the pleasure of ancient tastes, when brewer masters considered their work as a skill. The Biere du Moulin is distinguishable by colour, perfume, freshness, typical of a draft product, painstaking in each details

Brewed by Amarcord - Spring for Pietra Italia Diffusion s.r.l., Via Torino 70, Fossano (CN).

Found with heavy at the Beer8 store in Genoa, we shared it with ogivlado. Hazy golden body, thick fine big white head that went away at a medium pace. Grainy malty nose, bit oily/honeyish. Sweet honeyish biscuity maltiness, some odd slightly eggy dustiness (that doesn’t detract much), very light maybe herbal hopiness. Nothing special but drinkable.

White thick head. Golden colour. Aroma is malty with grainy, herbal, light corny notes, slightly watery. Flavor is moderately malty with bread, grainy and hoppy tones, ending in a moderately hoppy finish. Light to medium bodied.

Discreta birra se accompagnata ai pasti, magari una pizza o del formaggio. Corpo leggero, discreta schiuma; pane, malto un pò di luppolo e poco altro.

0,5 l, chourtesy of Balazs, thanks!
Clear golden one with a small white lacing head. Aroma of sourish bottom yeast, caramel and malt, light grassy hops. Average flavor profile with malt, some yeast and hops. Watery, boring, redundant.

Bottle from Da Aldo. Poured clear, with a golden yellow color and an off-white, lacing head. Straw, grass, mushrooms, hints of caramel, and hops in the aroma. Light body and aroma. Not really exciting.

0.5L spring cap bottle, 2.90€. Bright yellow, fine creamy head, medium persistence. Strong hops and malts, thick body, average carbonation. Bitter finish. Good one, but price is quite high. (June 2010)

Thanks to TheWolf for the sample. Pale golden beer, with a thin and creamy white head. Mildly sweet aroma, with notes of malt, grain, hops and grass. The taste is also mildly sweet, with notes of malt, citrus and hops and bread. Sligt bitter aftertaste, with a strong note of metal. Ok lager, but nothing special.

Bottle. [thanks Christian]
Pours pale golden with a small, creamy, white film head. Aroma is sweet, some maltiness, light brewing cereal. High carbonation, a tad thin mouthfeel. Flavour is light metallic, malty, light sugary sweetness with some slightly sharp citric bitterness in the finish. Not impressive.

Bottled. A pale golden beer with a lazing huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of citrus, malt, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, citrus, and bread, leading to a dry bready and lemony finish.
