On tap at Brasserie Georges, 16th Nov 2010. 25cl. Hazy light amber with a white head. Not much aroma but a soft, slightly honeyed and peachy taste. Lively on the tongue without being fizzy. Good balance. Dryness picks up as you drink more.

Tap @ Brasserie Georges. Pours cloudy amber with a good off white head leaving lacing. Aroma is malty fruity and earthy. Flavor is acidy malty sweet fruity with a nice bitterness. Finishes shortlived bitter malty.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy orange with a creamy dense and white head. Aroma is mild roasted and light caramelish. Light fruity flavoured. Yeasty and mild caramelish malt flavoured. Bitter and malty finish, a bit bland for a doree.

Draft at the brewpub. An unclear dark golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw as well as lighter notes of phenol and burnt malt, leading to a dry and bitter finish where the notes of straw and phenol lingers.
