UPDATED: FEB 18, 2012 600 ml strange bottle in Dakar, Senegal. Oh my what did I find here. pours an almost white clear color with a slight and I mean very slight yellow tint. Aroma is a a cross of burning rubber and old compost. Taste is a little better but not by much. Old plant matter some out of place chemicals. Palate is a bit offnsive. For all of you that gave this beer a nice rating just because you fell sorry from where it hails shame on you. This is one of the worst beers I have ever had.

UPDATED: FEB 22, 2012 From bottle at RBESG Grand Tasting, held at Dean Swift, on 7 August 2011. No surprises here. Pale gold colour. A little fizzy. Some adjuncty notes in the aroma. Relatively clean on the palate. A fairly standard tropical lager but not the worst. At least that’s Senegal ticked off.

Bottle (RBESG2011 Grand Tasting)
Super farty aroma. Simple malt body. A touch sweet. Cleaner than might be inferred from the comments by others round the table. Finish has a dry papery tingle. Had a lot worse, but wouldn’t chose to have this.

630 ml green bottle shared by Travlr: Pours a clear golden with a few stray while bubbles. Has a mildly skunky, slightly grainy nose. Starts with a thin bland mild grainy malty body with grassy hop notes and a dry bitter finish. Needs more body and balance.
