Dull gold colour. Peelike appley kind of nose. Minerally water taste with lots of carbonation. Apple-skunk character like some of the lousier Canadian swills.

Bottle @ Cafe Stop in Hanoi. Medium gold with frothy head. Alright grassy aroma smells bland but inoffensive. Nice level of carbonation, good palate. Flavors are on the sweet side, with mineral water finish. Not bad, not good,. Unexceptional swill.

Bottle. Pale golden with a minimal white head. Malty and light fruit with underlying buttery notes. Not bad but probably should be served too cold to be enjoyed.

Canned 12/2008. Pale yellow color, decent white head, lace. Aroma of rubber and green apples. Grainy rice flavor, gasoline and harsh alcohol. Watery palate. Alcoholic and apply aftertaste. Reminds me about Indian bulk lagers.

Bottle, Nha Trang, Vietnam. I actually liked this one. Standard light gold color with foamy white head. Has the typical asian lager grass and straw notes but this one had some apple juice flavor, not bitter at all, with a slightly dry finish. Better than expected.

Pretty stock standard asian lager, perhaps a little rougher and thinner than the vietnamese standard. Very pale, small head, slight sulfur aroma and a bit of adjunct. Easy enough to drink and pretty light in the mouthful. A hint of saltiness and some light bread in the flavour, really light on the bitterness, stretches in the finish to a bit of twang. Pretty shithouse.

Bottl eat "Stop & Go Cafe" in Hué. Clear yellow - white head. Light metallic, egg, white bread, straw, hay, an ordinary thin beer.
