Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy golden. Grassy nose. Dryish and medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Bready with restrained fruit and grass. A bit like a top fermented fruitier zwicklbier.

Bouteille 0,33 l du Grain d’Orge à Neuchâtel (CH). Dorée et trouble sous un haut dôme de mousse blanche, pétillement actif. Senteurs fraîches et maltées, caramel, levure et citron. Goût fruité et souple, puis note herbacée de houblon, légère acidité. L’amertume s’affirme à chaque gorgée. Croustillante puis veloutée.

33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is spiced and grassy hoppy. Phenolic and crisp hoppy flavoured providing a rather dry flavour to the underlying malt base. Ends dry and crisp hoppy.

Bottled 33cl. Courtesy of Bov. Appearance: It pours a murky golden beer with a fizzy quick diminishing off white head. Beautiful delicate lacework. Aroma: Quite pleasant and interesting. Faintly lactic. Hints of elderberries, gooseberries and soy sauce. Flavor and palate: Sour and rather fruity. Melon and elderberries showing up. Medium bodied. A nice balance between sweetness and sourness. Dry finish reminiscent of soy sauce. Overall impression: Pleasant. A beer I would love to have again on a hot summer’s day. Thanks a lot Bov!

Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of lactic acid. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and malt, leading to a dry strawy and bitter finish. The body is thin. Thanks Per for sharing.

Cloudy blond color. Simple Ale, a bit sweetish, light hay and very light malt fruitness.

Hazy orange color, small white head. Light fruity nose. Lightly grapefruity, some water melon .. fruity flavor. Too simple.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is malts, hops, slight alcohol and some bigtime grassyness. Flavour is slightly acidic, grassy, caramel malty and some bread. Some slight fruits is also there.
