from Au Grain d’Orge, Neuchâtel - cloudy blond colour under a creamy white foam; nice lacework; complex aroma of honey, herbs, citrus and cranberry; some initial sweetness and a light tart acidity; a good malt backbone and pretty dry; long fruity and honeyish aftertaste - subtle and very well-made

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy golden, rich airy head. Marked cranberry aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and clean rounded mouthfeel. Fresh and zesty with some cranberry jam, low bitterness. Interesting beer!

Bouteille 33 cl de chez Grain d’Orge à Neuchâtel (CH). Blonde pâle à reflets verts dorés, super mousse blanche et légère dessinant des dentelles au verre. Arômes frais et fruités, lime, végétale, mirabelle et fruits rouges. Le goût est agréablement rond, la texture est onctueuse. Il y a des nuances de lime, mirabelle, miel, herbe, elle est veloutée et acidulée avant l’amertume finale et une pointe d’astringence et un soupçon tannique.
