Bouteile 33 cl du Grain d’Orge - Neuchâtel (CH). Bière jaune-orangée à jolie mousse blanche et pétillement fin. Nez malté, épicé, floral, amertume, peu de notes de menthe. La bouche est maltée, levure, agrume, croustillante et très fraîche. Notes de menthe, herbes, mashmallow, thé, genièvre, belle acidité. Laisse la bouche parfumée.
