La saveur est élégante, aérienne et fraîche, bien arrivée par une effervescence et une amertume légère, racée et affinée par un rappel aromatique qui évoque l’agrume et la banane cuite.

Yellow body, hazy, with a large white head; very clovey nose, but with both yeast clay like notes and banana as well and with a balance you rarely see; to innocent a body, very balanced but far from deep enough; Very long aroma though, both fell and aroma wise, and lots of aroma that actually lasts forever. Another excellent beer from the island!

golden color with light haze, white head.
aroma, grainy/wheat, yeasty in the Hefe style, light notes of banana, faint cloying.
flavors, yeasty and some esters giving this beer a very banana like profile.
Given the history of the brewery and the German yeast strain, there is no doubt that all their beers have a Hefe style despite the various names given to the beers.
The biological malts don’t change much to the core version. Med-high carbonation, wheat/grainy palate, floral notes and no wit-Belgian elements that would make this one a Belgian wit as the name might suggest.
