750 ml bottle from John’s Marketplace in Portland, OR. Orange tinged golden color with a very impressive white head. Aromas of light Brett, citrus, yeast spice and fresh stone fruits. Near full bodied with sharp, but creamy, carbonation. Flavor is that light sour, bit o brett, with some bready malt, fruit and just a little hop bitter. Finishes crisp and dry. A really brilliant example of the style.

750mL bottle, courtesy of argo0. Thanks, Aaron! Pours a hazy orange-amber color; creamy, light khaki color with fine-bubbled lacing; nice pour. Really nice aroma, with apples, honey, dust, and lime- and citrus-infused brettiness; slight tartness and tea. Medium mouthfeel: a bit of a letdown, with watery edges and a tea-like component appearing strongly; some apples and light honeyed notes, but mildly astringent on the palate and undeveloped flavor profile overall; tea, crisp apple, and a touch of tart citrus; great nose, with a disappointing but not off-putting flavor. Medium finish: toasty malts, breadiness, and tea-like malts.

(750ml bottle) Small off-white head atop hazy, rich amber body. Aroma is moderately sweet, caramel, tart apple, some duskiness, light honey. Taste is medium sweet, apple, tea, light sourness. Watery light-medium body.
