750 mL bottle shared by ryan at the 5/7/11 DC Ratebeer gathering. Pours a clear amber color with almost no head. Toffeeish malts and faint cocktail fruit salad in the aroma. The taste is tart fruits including pineapple and pear, as well as some paint thinner. Muddled and weird. Blah.
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 ryan (3187) - Beltsville, Maryland, USA - MAY 7, 2011
Slightly infected brett nose with pineapple, cotton candy and light golden fruit. The taste is lightly sweet, lightly tart, some cotton candy, light honey and citrus. The infection just thinned and watered it out too much.

Capped 750 ml bottle; thanks to Beerlando for the trade; pours clear, dark orange-amber with eggy white head fading quickly to the edges; crisp apples, light wheat, stale lemons and a little candy malt on the nose; very light and thin texture and incredibly fresh and clean tasting; has a lagery-like profile with crisp malt, a little wheat and some honey sweetness; but there is a nice little sour note with the lemons and wheat that comes on in the end; very light and simple, even by BdG standards; I dig it though

Bottle, shared at Kevin’s Surprise Party. Pours a hazy, copper-ruby with a fluffy, medium white head. Floral aroma, with lightly tart fruits and hints of sweetness. Flavor is lightly sweet to begin, with ripe cherries, and musty. Some graprefruit creeps in, and there is some mild barnyard funk. Light to medium in body with soft carbonation. Finishes moderately dry a sweet with subtle bitters. A bit refreshing. Very good.
