(swing top bottle) Slightly hazy, deep golden to amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly nutty cara-malty aroma with a touch of herbal hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Nutty cara-malt character with a rising hops profile towards the bitter-sweet finish with very subtle citric notes un the aftertaste. Very close to Biergarten Zwickel. 25.XII.12

Bottle shared with McTapps. Pours in amber with medium head. Aroma of malt, some grains, maybe a bit caramel. Simple beer with a bit btter aftertaste. Drinkable. Just drinkable.

Naturbelassenes, leicht trübes Bier. Hefig, malziger Geruch, aber auch leicht muffig. Wässriger Antrunk, etwas süßlich und recht herb ausklingend. Nichts besonderes, aber durchaus süffig.
