(swing top bottle) Hazy, amber colour with a big and slightly tanned foamy head. Slightly leafy cara-malty aroma with a tinge of herbal hops in the background. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied at most, moderately carbonated mouthfeel. Initially cara-malty, slightly leafy and nutty taste with herbal hops making the beer drier and more bitter towards the finish. Likeable. 25.XII.12

Bottle shared with McTapps. Pours in amber with a bit bigger head. Nice nose of some malt and citrus fruits. Taste has a full body and a nice mild bitter aftertaste. Quality and a quality surprise.

Bottle shared with MichaelBruch. Pale amber-brown in colour with low head. Nose of dark grains. Taste of medium malt, mild hops, barley, kaki / sharon fruit and green bananas. Very easy to drink, nice one.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Hazy, amber coloured, lively carbonation, but a smaller white foamy layer, moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, pretty light bodied for a beer of 5.5%, drier bitter-fruity finish, some sweet toasty (?) malt in the aftertaste. Nothing wrong with it, but not an exciting beer...
