bottle, many thanks to Schroppfy! Hazy golden colour, large white head. Floral hoppy nose. Malty base, floral and perfumy bitter hops and a nice fruitiness, reminding me of a good ale. Very nice one.

Die Schaumkrone hält einigermaßen. Es riecht süß, säuerlich. Geschmacklich ist es etwas malzig, hopfig, säuerlich. Fazit. Zu säuerlich auch dieses Bierhalle ist nicht wirklich gut. Die Besuche bei Bierhalle waren ziemlich enttäuschend! Test vom 3.10.2009, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 10,7,7,7,-,7 - 7,31

ElDesmadre (472) - Mikołów, POLAND - FEB 25, 2012
Draught at the brewpub in Katowice. Dark hazy golden with a creamy head. Full-blown bready-malty aroma with a gist of apples - not much going on in the hop department. Still this is a good beer with a light sweetish, light sourish taste, a light bitterish finish and a honey-peanut aftertaste. Worse than their Pils but good and solid, with a chewy, malty mouthfeel.

[9/16/11] Mahleket Hanikot Shotrim ’11 tour. Memory ratings of the stolen notepad #7: Draught at the brewpub in Warsaw. Clear amber. Caramel, lots of diacetyl and a bit of toastiness. Way too buttery.

Aroma clear fresh all malt aroma with aromatic Noble hop to it. Slight fruity notes at finish.
Appearance amber with creamy beige top.
Flavor and Palate : medium bodied. Good malt profile is shown. Light hop accents with touches of caramel. Good brew.

Tap at Bierhalle, Wrocław. Pours golden with a short white head. Sparkling and not too god tasting to be honest.

Schroppfy (2326) - Łódż, Warsaw, Poland; Michigan, Ohio, USA - SEP 10, 2010
Łódź location. Quite good, more pale than lots of Maerzens I’ve had. Hoppier than most beers I’ve had here in Poland; the hopping (kind of flowery) is seamless integrated with the other flavors of the beer (sweet and sour in equal proportions, bready). A tiny touch of pepper is in the flavor too. The aroma, surprisingly (for my usual experience with beer in general), is fresh and clean but doesn’t carry a "big" experience. Good body, appropriate. Easy drinking and delicious beer.

Bottled, from Bierhalle Łódź, Łódź (6.2%). Hazy deep golden, creamy head. Mild grassy nose. Mid sweet and rather fruity with above medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. ow bitterness. A solid, malty beer.

Draft in Birofilia festival, Zywiec. Pale golden color. malty aroma. Flavor is more malty, but finish is more dry. Interesting.

fiulijn (10383) - Como, ITALY - DEC 30, 2009
Draught at the brewpub, Arkadia location
Hazy golden color, small creamy head. Nice malt aroma, sweetish. Rather sweet malt flavor, but the malt lacks the light crispy touch of their Pils, and there is no aroma of hop found here. Correct bitterness. Simple.
