COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
chope Weizenbier tem origem na região Sul da Alemanha e utiliza dois tipos de malte na fabricação: o malte de cevada e o de trigo. Por isso é conhecido como “chope de trigo”. O levedo empregado na produção de Weizenbier também é especial – de alta fermentação – para garantir o paladar e aroma, característicos desse tipo de cerveja. A Weizenbier não passa pelo processo de filtragem, ganhando com isso uma coloração naturalmente turva, consistência mais densa e espuma abundante. Seu sabor é acentuado, muito refrescante, com buquês de cravo e banana. Tudo obtido naturalmente, sem que haja qualquer adição de essências. No mundo inteiro vem aumentando a legião de apreciadores e conhecedores dessa cerveja. E o chope Weizenbier combina com quê? Por ser leve, esta bebida é versátil na harmonização com todos os pratos. Da cozinha típica alemã à feijoada. Do peixe às carnes suínas, dos frutos do mar à batata frita.
