Commercial Description:
The same malt bill as the Bièropholie Cascade. We just double the amount of Cascade hops.

The first production in 2005 was at 104 IBU and was better before December 2005.

The current production, made in April 2007 will be at its best before December 2007.

Definitely not for "Dry" lovers...

Bottle courtesy of blutt59. Clouded orange pour. Ooh nice hoppy aroma. Mainly piney hops. Dry dry taste. The flavor is hops but dries out way too harshly.

Bottle thanks to blutt59. Pours with a deep brown body and a fading off-white head. Aroma of hops, syrupy and pine. Taste is hops, a bit of metallic copper and pine. High carbonation.

Very dark copper pour, and a thick sticky head with good lacing. Great hoppy aroma boat loads of citrus, grapefruit, sweet orange, and lemon. There is also some floral honey notes. The flavor is big snd bold lots of hops and sweet honey. The mouth feel is thick and viscous. This is a big beer. The hops are on par with a double ups but the malt bill and alcohol make it fall short. A little one dimensional but I’m pretty sure that was the point. Outstanding beer for the hop head in all of us.

Dark copper red; medium khaki head. Very hoppy aroma - pine, caramel. Quite bitter. A little one-dimensional in its bitterness, but not surprising since it’s called Cascade Plus. Tasty nonetheless, worth seeking out.

Bottle. Tasted side by side with Dogfish head 60 minute. Brown pour with little head. Strong pine aromas with some small fruit a bit blueberry. Creamy mouthfeel for this type of beer with well felt warming alcohol feel, kind of a bourbon feel. Long lasting bitterness maybe a hint too long. Strong finish.

bouteille de 341ml, bière cuivrée, belle mousse épaisse. Nez de houblon frais très agréable. Bouche très présente, finale avec une bonne amertume. 104 IBU
