Commercial Description:
The sister of Bièropholie IPA. The Bièropholie IPA, Golding and Cascade are the same beer. Only the hops are changed.

The 64 IBU version is the 2005 production and at it's best before December 2005.

The 66 IBU version is the April 2007 production at it's best before December 2007 .

Bottle. Orange, yellow color, with a lively head. Aroma matches flavor: well hopped, citrus, pine. Finishes mildly bitter. This IPA achieves both drinkability and classic hop flavor. Well done.

66 ibu couleur brun bourgogne Odeur de jus de fruits fort agreable Gout un peu effacer mais a encore du bitter en finale longtemps

Version 66ibu. L arome de cascade est peu etre un peu absente a cause de son age; bu en decembere 2008. Mais tout de meme tres bonne. 66ibu version. Lack of Cascade hops aroma because of the age; drank in december 2008. Still a good beer to drink.

(Bottle). Light citrus aroma. Hazy orange color with medium off-white head. Medium bitterness in the flavor, mostly citrus. Grapefruity finish. Decent.
