COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A copper-colored beer, a jewel scintillating in your glass, complex hop aromas, malt up the ying-yang and an aftertaste which endlessly proliferates a wise mix of hops. In short, the exact contrary of a "Dry". The "With Aftertaste" mentioned on the bottle is not an error in marketing judgment. It is a voluntary and defiant, non-traditional piece of counter-marketing. A kind of warning to "Dry" lovers; "Don’t touch this! This is not for you!" In the future, we may only indicate "With taste", which could be more precise and less defiant. All in all, you’ll love it.

12z bottle. Pours a deep copper color, small head that dissipates quickly to a thin film. Aroma of citrus, biscuity malt, pine, and some butter notes. Flavor has a nice assertive resiny hop bite, more citrus, heavy malt and a very good crisp finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, with a nice soft carbonation level. I really like the complex taste of the blend of hops in this. The more dominate variety seems to change between mid sip and finish, and as the beer warms as well. Nice beer.

Bottle, from Clark VV.Ya know just something he had laying around. Good nose, Sour. Whisky, butterscotch, Wet leather, orange, dried apricot, burnt wood. Hazy brownish orange color. Big head that lasted a while reduced to a ring that clung to the sides. Bitter sour flavors, I get whisky, grapefruit, burnt wood, tobacco, hints of metallic. Medium body, Smooth creamy slight oily mouthfeel, Biiter sour finish. Good brew, though I get a little of an Old Ale thing. IMO. Thanks Clark!

Bottled at RBESG 2005. Clear orange colourd with an off white head. Sweet aroma of malts and caramel with notes of hops. Acidic flavour of malts, fruits and hops. Not bitter and hoppy enough for my liking.

Bottle at RBESG Grand Tasting 05. Red colouring, fluffy beige head. Hoppiness: dry, crisp, constant throughout the mouth. Not fresh or sweet particularly, just dry. Good, tasty and refreshing stuff.

(On bottle at RBESG 2005) My last pour at the RBESG and therefor a bit distant to me and the notepads dosen´t help either. Dark amberish colour, white head. Aroam of burnt hips(the rose) and sugar. Apple-woodlike taste and a watery finish. The hops where very much not there.
