COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A copper-colored beer, a jewel scintillating in your glass, complex hop aromas, malt up the ying-yang and an aftertaste which endlessly proliferates a wise mix of hops. In short, the exact contrary of a "Dry". The "With Aftertaste" mentioned on the bottle is not an error in marketing judgment. It is a voluntary and defiant, non-traditional piece of counter-marketing. A kind of warning to "Dry" lovers; "Don’t touch this! This is not for you!" In the future, we may only indicate "With taste", which could be more precise and less defiant. All in all, you’ll love it.

Malt and hop aroma. Spicy hop start to the flavour. Rough edged hop middle. Light body at the finish but the hops are lasting. Overall the hops are a little harsh. You get used to it halfway through the first glass and can find the sweetness underneath. Still doesn’t have the tastiness that makes you want a second.

(341 ml bottle: Obtained in trade with tiggmtl, thanks Stephen!) Compared side-by-side with their Golding IPA, this pours with the same ruddy amber color and sizeable, light tan head, but it’s fairly clear in appearance, and head retention isn’t as impressive. This seems much more true to the style than the Golding. Somewhat malty and noticeably toasty, but easily balanced by a moderately bitter, but sour grapefruit-like hoppiness that dominates the finish. The nose is hoppy and lightly malty, but also a bit sour. Medium in body and fairly clean on the palate. A nice ring of decorative lace circles the top of the glass, with drooping, patchy lacing below. Not nearly as good as the Golding, but this is still a respectable IPA.

thanks to MartinT THis brew is copper colored, with a hoppy flavor, thick tongue feel and a dry finish. It’s a nice drinking IPA

This IPA is not very pleasant. It is metallic and sour. No bitterness is noticable in this. Quite dry though. Slightly thin as well.

A hazy amber beer with a light brown head. The aroma is of caramel as well as light notes of grass and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of grass and with an extreme dry end.

Slightly hazy orange body, foamy off-white head. Dry hoppy aroma with malt and grass - like a hoppy pilsener. Dry flavor as well dominated by hop and grass and some herby tones. Pretty uninteresting, but easy drinkable. Thanks for the trade David (Rastacouere).

Bottled: Orange coloured. Light clear. Light beige head. Sweet and light hoppy aroma. LIght citric and caramelly. Herbs, light spice, hops, light caramel in the flavours. Is quite well bodied. Very dry. Has a very nice bitterness in the end and has a long lasting on the palate.

Brown Coloring with Light Tan Head. Light Hops Aroma. Gruits..Light Dry Hop Notes..Heavy Malt Background..Odd Aftertaste..Arguably a Tasty IPA!
