UPDATED: MAY 7, 2004 (Bottle) I am really impressed that this brewery tries all sorts of styles - and does them well! Pours a large, frothy, white head and a light amber body. Minimal carbonation. Nose of saaz hops, salt water and mild malt. Pleasant, smooth texture. Slightly spiced, piney and malty. Good beer.

Crisp floral aroma. Golden body with green tint, small white head; not much lacing. Flavour is typical, with nicely assertive Saaz, though some maltiness is still there. Bitter finish. Nice full body too. Another good beer from Bièropholie, keep up the good work!. Bottle.

Typical pilsener color and carbonation. The opening is refreshing and dry. Hops are immediately felt. Good after taste. An excellent Pilsener.

UPDATED: MAR 15, 2004 PrimeMinister and me were enough lucky to get the last one at Métro Joanette (Verdun). Very nice light golden body topped with a long-lasting white brew. Strong hoppy nose and flavor. Long bitter final. I've been travelling in Czech Republic and tasting some excellent pilsners but I would say, without any hesitation, that this is the best one I ever had. Even my cat seemed to be attracted by that one!!!
