COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Un genre d’hybride bière/tawny/cognac... Des fruits, cerises, dattes, caramel et tout le pataclan sur une finale toute chaude d’alcool. Une gaterie à partager avec l’être cher.

For me the brewer, it’s not made to be an American Strong Ale or something else. It’s made to be a kind of barley based port-style with very little carbonation, just enought to protect it against oxydation.

UPDATED: JAN 31, 2006 Shit motherf*****, what a strong beer. Can we call this a beer??? I don’t know. At least Unibroue has some beer at 11% that taste really good. In this case, I think that this beer can go well with sugar and chocolate...maybe try chocolate shooter...It is still drinkable, but...

341 ml bottle. Medium carbonation. Thick head that disapered quickly. Chocolate and caramel aroma / taste. I don’t really like chocolate, so that’s why it got a bad note from myself, sorry.

(Bottle) Courtesy of Luc the Duke. Pours headless with an oily deep copper body. Nose of strong caramel, brown sugar and a overwhelming booziness. Flavour is somewhat like the Mild Ales of the Mid-West USA... highly alcoholic and malty. Cherry notes with a cognac elixir. I wonder what the "S" stands for?
