1er brassin un peu faible en gaz. Sinon c’est une triple bien réussi. Alcool discret. Légère, excellente.

Brassin 2. Brew batch #2. A bit syrupy, low carbonated and with an evident alcohol presence. Lacking some character... not like other tripel Ive tasted.

Shared with Pyrozoid. Hazy amber/copper poor with a sticky off-white head. Aromas of brown sugar, caramel, floral, citrus notes and yeast. Very evenly balanced mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Nice hoppy and spicy notes... added malty flavors. Overall very impressed again by Bieropholie’s attempt at a "Tripel". Doesnt fit entirely the "tripel" profil... but still very good
