Bottle @ ABCBeers, Dean’s scared of beer tasting. Two years past its due date. Hazy orange pour. Aroma is dusty, malty, grainy and murky. Flavor is malty bitter and aged sweetness. Should try fresh once.

Bottle shared at the "Dean’s scared of beer tasting". Pours hazy golden with an off white head. Aroma is dusty, cobwebs and grain. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Light bodied with flat carbonation. Bad.

Slightly aged sample Dirty-creamy (-coloured), rather stable head over hazed amber-golden beer. Citrus, orangepeel, faint oxydation, bit of ureum, hops. Dried orange; finishing bittery and straw-like. Again light oxydation and slightly perfumey. Very spritzy despite the light dustiness; light body, but nowhere empty. Very tasty, pity that age had brought some oxydation. Fresh, I’m sure this rivals any original UK bottled bitter. Thanks, Mathieu

Orangegyllene i färgen med vitt skum. Fruktiga bittra toner i doften av jord gräs och gul frukt. Bra smak med fruktig malt och balanserad bitterhet i slutet. Bra för sina 3,8%.

Bottle at Øl og Mat (2011) i Kubaparken. Pours slightly hazy amber with a white head. Malty and fruity aroma with hops and caramel. Lightly sweet with a nice bitter finish. More flavour than expected. Easy to drink and quite refreshing on a sunny Saturday in the park. (2011-06-04)

550ml bottle. Orange colour with a small off-white head. Malty aroma with hoppy notes. Flavour is malt, some caramel, bitter hops. Some bitterness in the finish.

6 Simple English-style bitter aroma, just a bit of earthy hop.
4 Bold orange, almost clear, lovely tight off-white head, very persistent, leaving spotted patches down the glass.
7 Again, a classic English style bitter. Some esters in the retronasals. Simple bready grains, and a lovely dry bitter hoppy tang, some grapefruit in there. Wonderfully attenuated.
4 Refreshing palate, mellow in the mouth, nice carbonation. Lovely finish, some resiny hops, a little grapefruity, some bark, some walnut paper too. Lovely and dry.
13 What a great bitter. Lovely at 3.8%. There are many so-called craft brewers who could learn a lot from this beer.

pours a yellow slighty amberish colour...estery banana flavour with biscuits...slighty bitter as intended...nice drink for a warm day
