Zutaten: Wasser, Gerstenmalz, Weizenmalz, Hopfen, Hefe, Koriander, Salz, biologische Milchsäure

33 cl bottle on December 6, 2015. Thanks to Ingo! BB 30.10.2015.
Hazy copper color, small off-white head, trace of lacing. Malty, cream, light sweet, floral, fresh scent. Salty, floral, winegums, yeasty taste. Dry, winegums, salty aftertaste. Medium light mouthfeel, low to medium low bitterness. Really not as acidic as I was expecting, can’t say I find any real trace of the lactic acid, perhaps a slight feeling of low pH.

Bottle. Pours an opaque yellow, foggy. Pours with nine tenths of a head at first. Later, the head disappears completely. First the aroma is completely sour, lemon, lemon juice, tart berries. Later on some spiciness comes through, the coriander starts to dominate. Taste is somewhat sour, some spiciness, coriander dominates, some berries. Quite strong carbonation.

Bottle. Cloudy orange golden, greamy golden head. Fairly fruity aroma - Pineapple. Dry base, a hint minerals, citric and tropical notes. Medium light dry sparkly body. Nice but would not have guessed Gose in a blind tasting.

Aromas are Riesling, white grapes, Apple. Flavours are sweet and some what Apple forward. But it all dies very quickly.

0,33l bottle from Beer Store Vienna. Pours cloudy amber with a low head. Aroma is malts, "fox candy" and sea water. Flavor is slightly sour malts with some molasses. Decent, but now I want to try a "proper" Gose!

Werckmeister (1570) - Vienna, AUSTRIA - MAY 9, 2015
bottle at home. orange, rather hazy color with small off-white head. smells malty sweet, fruits, plums, orange, a bit citric, pines, some grass. rather nice smell, quite fruity sweet. medium body, rather bubbly, light mouthfeel. taste of malty sweetness, acidic, light sour, fruity, peach, citric, hints of salt (but could be just as well from sour and acidic notes). light bitter / sweet / sour / fruity finish. liked the smell, the taste is not so great, also tastes a bit stale, so maybe not so fresh anymore. BB says 30.10.2015.
