COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Zutaten: Wasser, Gerstenmalz, Weizenmalz, Hopfen, Hefe, Koriander, Salz, biologische Milchsäure

0,33l bottle from Beer Store Vienna. Pours cloudy amber with a low head. Aroma is malts, "fox candy" and sea water. Flavor is slightly sour malts with some molasses. Decent, but now I want to try a "proper" Gose!

Werckmeister (822) - Vienna, AUSTRIA - MAY 9, 2015
bottle at home. orange, rather hazy color with small off-white head. smells malty sweet, fruits, plums, orange, a bit citric, pines, some grass. rather nice smell, quite fruity sweet. medium body, rather bubbly, light mouthfeel. taste of malty sweetness, acidic, light sour, fruity, peach, citric, hints of salt (but could be just as well from sour and acidic notes). light bitter / sweet / sour / fruity finish. liked the smell, the taste is not so great, also tastes a bit stale, so maybe not so fresh anymore. BB says 30.10.2015.

Nice pour and smell. Not too sour, unexpectedly mild. But very nice and smooth to drink. Fine salt and coriander finish. Good & solid carbonation and head. Not too typic Gose, but for beginners in Sourbeers this is just perfect.

Bottle at home, given to me by Matthias at Biervana, thank you. 5th April 15. Pours a good looking , rich amber beer, little neat head. The aroma is caramel, sweetish. The flavour is interesting, caramel, light spice, some coriander maybe, salt on the finish. Nice

As "Milde Gose" @BKL ’15 - SA. Soft fruity brine in aroma, not followed up in pale ale-ish taste with gentle spices: subdued caramels, honey, rhubarb and whey cancelled out by some cabbage. Strange and mild, non-too-style specific, but enjoyable.

Bottle. Aroma lemony, grassy. Lightly hazy yellow to orange colour. Taste is a bit honeyish, otherwise lemony, lightly yeasty basement. Nice balance, easily drinkable, I like it.

McWorta (954) - LUXEMBOURG - FEB 18, 2015
Hazy light orange deep golden in colour wit a small dark off-white head. Aromas of fresh grass, light orange-fruitiness and wheat develop. Softly carbonated lightly slick with a medium body. Light fruity sweetness at the start, developping a soft saltyness to it with a light soapy texture which is clearly reminding you of the characteristics of coriander. Harmonically balanced. Draws a very light acidity to it. Finish is medium lasting.
