COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Julebryg fra Bie’s Bryglab er en mørk Belgisk Ale med en stor fylde og et aromatisk krydret smagsbillede.
Der er imidlertid ikke tilsat krydderier til brygget, men den komplekse sammensætning af malt og humle, kombineret med en nøje udvalgt belgisk gær betyder, at smagsbilledet bliver ud over det sædvanlige. Denne øl er stor nok til at hamle op med den til tider tunge og fyldige julemad.
Øllet er ikke filtreret, hvilket betyder, at det bør skænkes forsigtigt, således at eventuelt bundfald bliver tilbage i flasken.

Brygget af: vand, 7 forskellige slags bygmalt (Pilsner, Münchner, Pale Ale, 2 forskellige Cara Crystal, Cara Aroma og Chokolade). Demerara sukker, humle og gær.

[ Trade by Papsoe ]. Clear medium to dark orange amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, caramel, spicy, sugar, light fruit tart. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light acidic and light moderate bitter with a duration, fruit tart, belgium yeast, malt extract - burnt malt - sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130219]

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a reddish amber with a slight haze and a small off-white head. Tart berry-like aroma. Medium body, caramel and tart red berries. No real bitterness. Clearly has a lactic infection - and a rather bad one. 110113
