COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: En stor og fyldig Dobbelt Bock. Til dette bryg var det ikke muligt at hælde mere malt i vores mæskekar, og dette giver sig udtryk i en meget fyldig øl hvor det er maltsmagen der er i centrum, og for netop at give plads til maltens fylde, og alkoholens varme, er humlen holdt helt i baggrunden.

Sample from tap, CBF 2013. Clear, amber colour with a thin, off-white head. Sweet aroma with rich caramel and toasted malts, bread and marzipan. Taste is sweet. Medium body, oily feel, soft carbonation. Finishes sweet and fruity. Too sweet for me, otherwise OK.
