COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: En sort, let ristet aroma stiger op af glasset, men den første tår afslører en let og behagelig øl, der vel nærmest kan karakteriseres som en sort pilsner. Den er undergæret og der er brugt pilsnermalt og ristet umaltet byg. Humlen er husets foretrukne til de undergærede øl, nemlig den tyske Perle.

Growler courtesy Sdr. Borup. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Powerfull roasted notes. Heavy bitter flavor. Nice roasted notes. Long finish. Oily palate. Very nice.
