Big nose of pepper oils and vegetable notes. That is pretty much it. Golden amber pour, thin head. Flavors of huge pepper oils, light vegetal notes, a soft malty sweetness. Dont really get much hops or IPA for that matter. Lingering burning pepper notes. Tasted for a long time. Interesting.

Decent bronze color with apt carbonation and a thinnish head. The nose definitely is pungent of peppers--with the dominant note being jalepeno. Medium-bodied and darn hot on the palate. This may not be 5-starts, but it at least pushes 4-starts. This brew would pair well with food (bbq, cheeses, etc.), but is challenging to drink by itself.

Taster @ PNA Summer Beer Taste 2012. Iíve never had anything like this. Right off the top the habaŮeros are stinging my nostrils. Tastes cool and refreshing at first but the spiciness of the peppers kicks in after the finish and lingers. For a while. Would I drink a whole pint of this? Probably not. But this is one of the most unusual beers Iíve ever had.

Tap @ Jillianís and TCBF. Pepper, hoppy nose leading into a resinous, spicy, medium-heavy body. Not just spicy, but the pepper component of this outstanding IPA is flavorful. Hands down, the best chili ale Iíve had.

On cask at TCBF, pours hazy golden. Aroma of chili, hops and tobasco. Flavour absolutely blows your head off - insanely intense chili and tobasco. Never had anything close to this. I enjoyed the small sample, though I donít think I could drink a full glass of this. Glad I tried this - ridiculous ale.

Aroma: Strong Chili aroma with a nice IPA backing.
Appearance: Amber in color, clear with a thin head.
Flavor: Big hot Chili flavor with the hops from the IPA lingering through.
Palate: Dry HOT finish, with a Good Mouthfeel.
Overall: Big hot beer. This would be perfect for some Mexican food.
