Washington Brewers Festival – Kenmore, WA
Aroma: Strong Chili aroma with a nice IPA backing.
Appearance: Amber in color, clear with a thin head.
Flavor: Big hot Chili flavor with the hops from the IPA lingering through.
Palate: Dry HOT finish, with a Good Mouthfeel.
Overall: Big hot beer. This would be perfect for some Mexican food.

Tap @ Jillian’s and TCBF. Pepper, hoppy nose leading into a resinous, spicy, medium-heavy body. Not just spicy, but the pepper component of this outstanding IPA is flavorful. Hands down, the best chili ale I’ve had.

On cask at TCBF, pours hazy golden. Aroma of chili, hops and tobasco. Flavour absolutely blows your head off - insanely intense chili and tobasco. Never had anything close to this. I enjoyed the small sample, though I don’t think I could drink a full glass of this. Glad I tried this - ridiculous ale.
