Big Al Filiberto’s Ale

UPDATED: JAN 4, 2013 Serving: from tap at Filiberto’s Italian Restaurant. Aroma: lightly grainy with a hint of vanilla. Appearance: large, creamy, off-white, initial head with fair lacing and fully diminishing longevity. Hazy, flat, amber body. Taste: acetic initial flavor and finish with average duration. Palate: medium body, watery texture and soft carbonation. Overall: I’ve had this beer many times and always enjoyed it, but now that I’ve been rating beer on this website, it doesn’t seem all that good. I’ll certainly have it again and update my rating.
