Draft at paratii. Pours a murky dark brown with a dense and creamy tan head. Big forceful nose of tart apples, balsamic, and cinnamon. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Not a buge balsamic presence, but the innoculation definitely shows. Braeburns and cinnamon predominate, with a bit of oak. Long tart finish. More fruity tart than vinegary tart. Great alternative to duchesse.
