COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed for the Seattle Beer News booth at the 2010 Washington Brewer’s Festival. This hoppy American wheat ale is a light session beer, but it sneakily brings you over to the hoppy side with a boatload of Amarillo and Sorachi Ace hops. Five total hop additions, including first wort hopping and dry hopping to finish things off. The bitterness remains low, but we aim to make the hop flavor and aroma really shine.

Apricot-amber with a thin head. Pleasant peachy hop and wheat nose--an appealing synthesis. Full citrusy hop body imbued with tangerine and flecks of grapefruit. Wheaty thickness to the body. Citrusy-bitter hop finish together with some peach fuzz.

Draft at brouwer’s. Pours a average hazed darker golden with uniform white head and spotty lacing. Nice full fruity citrus hops, lemon, grapefruit, faint dank, touches of wheaty esters underneath. Balanced peppery wheat, hop bittering and lemon citus notes. Super sessionable yet full of flavor...I am a sucker for the sorachi ace. Good stuff!

Wonderful hop aroma, a great deal of lemon, lime, grapefruit, a touch of dank, and some floral notes as well. Wheat malt aroma is low, but noticeable. Pours hazy light yellow, fizzy white head, whispy lace. Great hop flavors - lemon, lime, grapefruit. Light dank. Soft crackery wheat malts. Lingering citrus cleanses the palate. Unbelievable drinkable. I should probably get more of this.

Washington Brewers Festival 2010 – Kenmore, WA
Amber in color, hazy with a thin head. Big wheat aroma with fruity and floral hops nose. Big hoppy flavors and huge wheat malt. Floral and fruity flavors the grapefruit and hops fruit this was interesting and tasty. Very good beer.
