On tap west Seattle pub. Pours out a straw topped with a white head. Aroma is a grain mix cereal malts and grass. Taste is as the nose with mostly malts bread and cereal.

There was a lot of sulfur mixed with pilsner malt character. Good balance between sweet and bitter.

Sample at the brewpub. Hazy golden color with a medium thin white head that dissipates to a film. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of toasted malt and hops. Light body with flavors of grassy hops, malt and a touch of fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Slighty above average overall.

Bottle:   Dull golden, light sediment, thin white foamy head, little lacing.   Soft grassy nose, a touch sweet, even a bit mealy/wheaty.   Very similar on the tongue, little to no hop, sweeter than most, witih a mealy/wheaty finish.   Not bright, but not dull.   Very minor apple/pear skin fruitiness emerges on the nose/tongue as it warms.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Overall tiz okay, nothing out of the ordinary.   Clean finish, but otherwise ho hum.

22. Pours a very slightly hazy medium gold with a loose and bubble thin whitish ring of foam around the edges. Mild nose, very faint--a little toast, some corn nuts. Creamy medium body with soft carb. Very subdued toast and a little bit of grain on the mid palate. Very restrained beer.

Blonde, with upward carbonation feeding a silk head. Pleasant grainy and crisp hop aroma--perhaps saaz, with a slight floraness. Light-bodied, tannic grains that are a bit too bitter for my liking. All-in-all, not terrible for the style.

On draft. Golden yellow with fluffy white head that fades fast. Aroma was well-disguised by the foam. A doughy wheatiness plays with the subtle citrus hop flavour. Tastes a little bland. Light to medium-bodied. If possible, too easy to drink. Not terribly memorable.

Tap at Tutta Bella. Fuck yeah. Nose is that of lightly grainy malts, a little bread, some nice citrus hops - soft but noticeable. A little earth perhaps. Pousr golden, no shit, thin lasting white head. The flavor is a little grainy, notes of straw, really solid citrus hop presence, while although subtle really makes this one thirst quenching and good. Goes great with the pizza. Good well done blonde.
