| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 28, 2004 This beer looked great in its tall glass before me. As it began to sweat I knew it wanted me. When I partook it in my mouth I felt it caress my palate, please my tongue, mouth-filling and satisfying, making my beer-sampling of the nite complete, whole, one. Perhaps I'm exaggerating, but I did enjoy this ale, although I did prefer Big Aloha's Hefe-Weizen instead. This was one of the better local brews I tried in Hawai'i.
