Pale yellow colour with a grassy aroma. Slightly spicey flavour, moderate hop finish. This is probably the beer that they serve to the folks that ask for a Bud.

Pours standard yellow in color. Very little head and bubbles. Aroma...well there is none. Taste includes sour and bitter yeast flavors.

On tap at the brewpub (Sam Choy’s) as “Aloha Lager.” Pours a clear, straw colored body with a finger-width, foamy, white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is very pale grains, cardboard, and sour lager yeast. Flavor is better, but still pretty bland. Just a hint of grass with a bit of a citrus spice to it. A touch of sour lager yeast before this finishes dry with barely a touch of bitterness that leaves a short aftertaste. Light, crisper body and a moderately fizzy carbonation. Overall, a pretty bland pale lager. Eh…

Draft: poured a bright yellow with a medium white head. Streaming carbonation. Similar to Heineken. Light malt, light hops, light flavor. Mild bitterness in the finish.

Slightly wheaty nose on a clear yellow beer. A spicier version of Amstel ... crisp and dry.
